- Maximum Age: 37 Years (General Category)
- Age Relaxation: SC/BC – 5 Years, Physical Handicapped – 10 Years, ESM – As per Punjab Government Rules

- Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) with Punjabi language as one of the subjects.
- Qualification must be from a recognized educational institution.
