Eligibility

• Girl students of all categories who have passed class 12th (Higher Education Department).
• Girl students of SC category who have passed class 12th (Social Justice and Empowerment Department).
• Girl students of EBC of General Category who have passed class 12th (Secondary Education Department).
• Girl students belonging to Minority Community who have passed class 12th (Minority Affairs Department).
• Girl students of ST category who have passed class 12th or 10th (Higher Education Department).
• Girl students of Widowed, Divorced, and Abandoned category who have passed class 12th (Social Justice and Empowerment Department).
• RBSE students need at least 65% marks, and CBSE students need at least 75% marks.
• The scholarship is available only for students who take admission as regular students in a recognized undergraduate program in Rajasthan (including courses like MBBS).
• Income Criteria: Total annual family income ≤ ₹2,50,000.
• Domicile Requirement: Candidate must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.

• Domicile Certificate
• Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EBC, etc.)
• Marksheet of the Previous Examination
• Copy of Bank Passbook (with account number & IFSC)
• Income Certificate (for EBC/other schemes)
• Widow/Divorced Woman Certificate (if applicable)
• Study Certificate issued by the College/Institution

How to Apply Online

• Visit the official website – hte.rajasthan.gov.in
• Go to the Citizen App – G2C portal and select “Scholarship (CE)”.
• Login using your SSO ID (create one if not available).
• Choose the Scholarship/Scooty Scheme and fill out the application form.
• Enter required personal, academic, and bank details carefully.
• Upload all necessary documents.
• Submit the form and keep a printout for future reference.
