Age Limit (as on 01-12-2025)

  • Maximum Age: Below 65 Years
  • Superannuated employees can be engaged as Advisor up to the age of 65 years.

Eligibility

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university.
  • Applicant must be a retired employee of RCFL.
  • Must have retired from the post of Chief Manager or above from Corporate Communication / Public Relations Department.
  • Experience in Public Relations, Local Liaisoning, and Media Relations is mandatory.

Salary / Stipend

  • Lump sum remuneration of 80% of last drawn Basic Pay + DA.
  • If retaining RCFL Township accommodation, remuneration will be 70% of last drawn Basic Pay + DA.
  • Payment is subject to TDS.
  • No additional benefits such as PF, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Medical Leave, or PRP will be admissible.
