Short Information: The Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) – Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) and Technician Apprentice Trainee (TAT) posts under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Eligible candidates who have completed Engineering Degree, Non-Engineering Degree, or Diploma in Engineering can apply online from 26 February 2026 to 10 March 2026. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend and undergo apprenticeship training for one year at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.

Age Limit
- Age limit will be as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.
- Candidates must meet the minimum age and other conditions prescribed under apprenticeship rules.
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
Eligibility
- Engineering Degree / Non-Engineering Degree / Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Degree or Diploma must be completed in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Part-time, distance, or online courses are not eligible.
- Candidate must be registered on the NATS 2.0 Portal.
Monthly Stipend
- Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT): ₹9,000 per month
- Technician Apprentice Trainee (TAT): ₹8,000 per month
