Eligibility
- Counsellor: Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology/Child Development/Career Guidance & Counselling.
- TGT (Sanskrit/Social Science/Gen Science): Relevant Bachelor’s & B.Ed degrees with CTET Paper-II passed.
- Medical Officer: MBBS degree; specialization in Pediatrics preferred.
- PEM/PTI cum Matron (Female): Matric + B.P.Ed / Graduation + B.P.Ed Diploma; experience with children preferred.
- Desirable: Experience in residential schools, proficiency in co-curricular activities, and computer knowledge.
Pay Scale / Consolidated Salary
- Counsellor / TGT posts: ₹69,595/- per month
- Medical Officer: ₹82,305/- per month
- PEM/PTI cum Matron: ₹45,260/- per month
