Eligibility
- Graduate degree from a Government recognized University/Institution with minimum 60% marks.
- MBA / PGDM (Marketing/Finance or both) or equivalent from recognized University/College.
- Minimum 1 year of experience required. Experience in BFSI sector preferred.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Fixed Pay: Rs 25.00 Lakhs per annum
- Variable Pay: 15% of CTC
- Annual Increment: Up to 10%
