- Master Weaver-cum-Designer: 10th pass with 5 years weaving experience and empanelment by Directorate of Textiles & Handlooms, Odisha.
- Operator for Digital Textile Printing Unit: 10th pass with 5 years experience in digital textile printer operation.
- Assistant for Digital Textile Printing Unit: 10th pass with 1 year experience.
- Helper for Digital Textile Printing Unit: 10th pass and must belong to the local area within 8 km radius of Bhagamunda, Keonjhar.
