Educational Qualification
- Degree in Engineering (4-year course) in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Instrumentation / Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.
- Desirable: Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in Tea or Coffee Factory registered with Tea Board / Coffee Board or Government-licensed food processing or packaging industry.
Pay Scale / Remuneration
- βΉ60,000/- per month (Consolidated)
- No additional allowances such as TA, DA, HRA, Medical, Pension, Gratuity, CGHS, Accommodation, etc.

Terms of Engagement & Selection Process
- Engagement is purely contractual for one year.
- Posting may be anywhere in India.
- Contract may be terminated by either side with one monthβs notice.
- Selection will be based on Walk-in Interview after verification of original documents.
Nature of Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspection of tea factories, warehouses and tea-related premises.
- Advising on Good Manufacturing Practices and reporting non-standard activities.
- Sampling, seizure and laboratory testing of tea for compliance.
- Monitoring disposal of tea waste and implementation of related schemes.
- Processing registration, licensing and renewal applications at zonal level.
- Handling cases related to violations of TMCO / TWCO provisions.
- Assisting in administrative, accounts, establishment and promotional activities.
