| Upper Division Clerk | Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years experience + Typing speed + Computer knowledge. |
| Lower Division Clerk | Bachelor’s Degree + Typing speed (35 WPM Eng / 30 WPM Hindi) + Basic computer skills. |
