Eligibility
- Trade Apprentices (ITI): Must have passed 10th & possess ITI certificate (NCVT) – Min. 55% marks (UR/OBC/EWS).
- Engineering Apprentices: B.Tech/B.E/BBA/Diploma – Min. 55% marks for UR/OBC/EWS.
- Must be medically fit as per Apprentices Act 1961.
- Only Indian nationals eligible.
- Candidate must NOT have taken apprenticeship earlier in THDC.
- EWS category must have valid certificate (2024–25).
- Domicile certificate required for reservation (Uttarakhand candidates given priority).

- As per Apprentices Act 1961 & Training (Amendment) Rules 2025
- Trade Apprentices – Govt. norms applicable
- Graduate / Diploma Apprentices – As per prescribed stipend rules
