Educational Qualification
- SROI Expert: Master’s in Labour Studies, Economics, Social Work, Public Policy, or relevant fields with 2 years experience in SROI or M&E.
- Researcher (Assistant): Master’s in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, etc. Fluency in Assamese required.
- Quantitative Data Collector: Graduate (preferably in Social Sciences), experience in field data collection preferred. Must know Assamese.
- Qualitative Data Collector: Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, etc., experience in qualitative interviews, must know Assamese.
