- Maximum Age for Manager: 40 Years
- Maximum Age for Deputy Manager: 35 Years
- Age relaxation: 3 Years for OBC, and applicable relaxation for Ex-Servicemen.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Degree in Mechanical / Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering or DMET Graduation.
- Manager: Minimum 9 years managerial experience in Shipbuilding/Marine/Offshore sectors.
- Deputy Manager: Minimum 5 years sailing experience, with at least two years as Third Engineer.
- Proficiency in computer applications like AutoCAD, SAP, MS Project, Office etc. preferred.
Salary / Stipend
- Manager: ₹1,18,400/- per month approx.
- Deputy Manager: ₹98,400/- per month approx.
- Other benefits: PF, NPS, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement, etc.
