Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Registration with State Pharmacy Council, Uttar Pradesh.
- Must have appeared in PET-2025 and possess valid score card.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on PET-2025 normalized score.
- Main Written Examination (100 Marks – 120 Minutes).
- Subject Knowledge (65 Marks), Computer & IT (15 Marks), General Information of UP (20 Marks).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

- Level-5 Pay Matrix
- Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200
- Grade Pay: Rs. 2,800
