Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
- For MBBS Graduates: Maximum 36 Years
- For Postgraduates: Maximum 40 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules (SC/ST – 5 Years, OBC – 3 Years, PWD – 9 Years).
Eligibility
- MBBS degree included in the First/Second/Part-II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Registration as Medical Practitioner in MCI or any State Medical Council.
- Candidates, if selected, must register with the West Bengal Medical Council within 6 months of joining.
Pay Scale
- Level – 16: Rs. 56,100/- plus admissible allowances as per WBS (ROPA) Rules, 2019.
