- UR / EWS / OBC: Rs. 200 (Rs.150 Application Fee + Rs.50 Processing Fee)

Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 37 Years
- Age Relaxation as per Government Rules.
- SC / ST: 5 Years
- OBC: 3 Years
- PWD: Up to 45 Years
- Ex-Serviceman: Actual military service + 3 Years
- KMC Contractual: Up to 3 Years
Eligibility
- MBBS degree from a recognized University and registered in Medical Council.
- Preference will be given to candidates with postgraduate qualification like DPH / MD (Community Medicine) / MD (PSM).
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical practice or Public Health field.
Pay Scale
- Pay Level 16 of the ROPA – 2019
- Salary and allowances as per West Bengal Government rules.
