- Colliery Engineer: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Surveyor: Diploma in Mining Survey Engineering
Pay Scale
- Assistant Mines Manager: Rs. 63,000/- per month
- Welfare Officer: Rs. 63,000/- per month
- Colliery Engineer: Rs. 63,000/- per month
- Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Rs. 41,000/- per month
