Eligibility
- Assistant Manager (HR&A): Graduate + MBA/MPM/MHRM/PG Degree/Diploma in HR/Personnel Management (2-year full-time).
- Assistant Manager (F&A): Graduate + CA/ICMAI Final Pass OR MBA Finance (2-year full-time).
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from recognized institute.
Pay Scale
- Assistant Manager: ₹56,100 – ₹1,60,500 (Level 08, ROPA-2020)
- Junior Engineer: ₹36,800 – ₹1,06,700 (Level 06, ROPA-2020)
