The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued a recruitment notification for the position of Constable (General Duty) in various paramilitary forces across India. The open competitive examination welcomes candidates, including those from the Armed Forces, to apply for civil posts. Notably, individuals from the Armed Forces can apply within a year from the last date of receiving applications for Special Recruitment/Examination, as stipulated by the Competent Authority.
